Structure is what makes ambition possible.
Every stage of a project has a system built for it. I know how to run each one: scope it, sequence it, unblock it, land it. That's the job, whatever the industry.

About
The person behind the plan
I've run projects in coffee shops, retail floors, and creative studios. Different rooms, same discipline: scope the work, read the people, keep things moving. I'm currently working toward my PMP, because the toolkit is never finished. The result is a project manager who's polished, easy to work with, and always sharpening the craft.

A note on this site
Years in the creative industry gave me the eye for this. I ideated the direction myself, then managed the build through the same phases any project follows: initiating it, planning it, executing it, monitoring and adjusting along the way, and closing it out, using AI-assisted development to execute the code I don't write myself.
How I work
The pieces I keep in motion
Scope it
Setting realistic timelines and clear boundaries up front. Deadlines hold because the scope was defined honestly from day one, not guessed at.
Sequence it
Building the light structure a project actually needs: status cadence, risk tracking, decision logs. Enough process to keep things moving, not enough to slow anyone down.
Unblock it
Keeping stakeholders, team members, and clients aligned on the same expectations, at the same time. Most blockers are misalignment in disguise, not lack of effort.
Land it
Handling the mid-project curveball, a rebrand, a vendor delay, a scope change, without the team feeling it. The work still ships on time.
